Gymnasium
Students sit an Entry Test on the first morning of their stay and are then placed in the class appropriate to the level obtained. Classes focus on integrating all skills – speaking, pronunciation, listening, reading and writing – but with an emphasis on speaking. 24 hour emergency numbers are issued to students and their parents. A member of staff can be contacted at any time should students encounter any problem or difficulty. There is a school nurse who is on call 24 hours per day. We maintain a very close supervision of students at all times to ensure their safety and well-being and that they derive the maximum benefit from their course. Students are given an introduction on the first morning and are expected to obey the school rules. Full day study excursions take place every Wednesday to places in the East of England such as Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Colchester, Ipswich and Norwich. The students do intensive preparation for the excursion and follow-up work. Every Saturday there is an excursion to London for general sightseeing, museum visits and shopping.

Double Room
Students are accommodated in one of our 3 on-site residences. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. There is a reduced one way transfer rate of £25 for students who arrive on flights which land at Heathrow or Stansted on a Sunday between the hours of 10.00-18.00. This rate is also valid for students who leave on flights which take-off from Heathrow or Stansted on a Saturday between the hours of 10.00-18.00.
Please note: 1/ It may be necessary for students to wait at the airport on arrival or departure while we group students together. Students are supervised at all times. 2/ We need to have received the flight details at the latest one week before arrival in order to provide these reduced rate transfers.
