PGCE, DELTA and Masters qualified native teacher & ADOS w/ 27 yrs exp.
I am a very experienced teacher and teacher trainer and have taught for over 25 years. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, and business English groups, as well as exam-classes, including IELTS and Cambridge exams. I have a PGCE in Secondary English, CELTA, DELTA and also a Masters in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have worked as a teacher in many countries, with senior roles in teacher training. As well as teaching and training, I have also written ELT materials for well-known publishers.
My classes will help you to communicate well in English and to use good pronunciation and natural phrases; the lessons will make you think and probably make you smile too. I am a clear, logical and encouraging teacher, with great patience and enthusiasm.

Fran is an amazing teacher! I am very happy with my lessons and recently I have improved my English a lot. We are working on my grammar and pronunciation. She is fun, has excellent subject knowledge and she is very supportive. I strongly recommend her lessons!

Fran is a fantastic English teacher, with excellent knowledge over a vast range of teaching aspects. I had quite peculiar expectations and requirements, and she found a fun way how to tackle the problem (sentence stress, minor differences in the pronunciation etc.). I wholeheartedly recommend her lessons!

Fran is always willing to help you. In my case, she has helped me in many aspects required for the IELTS test. We practiced many exercises of writing and reading.
There is no doubt that after taking some classes with her I felt much more confident and prepared for the exam. In fact, I have just taken the exam and most of Fran's recommendations were key for me during the exam. So, I strongly recommend her as a tutor.

She had good knowledge in English and she was so cool and friendly. So, it became so easy for me to express my issues with English writing. And also she gave me a nice feedback with detail explanation of grammar which really helped me. Thanks fran for your help. :)

Fran is a very kind and friendly teacher. Our lessons meet my needs. Every lesson is very enjoyable, interesting and useful. I've learnt lots of native phrases which I can use in a real life. I have lots of fun. Her lessons are fantastic.
