Job vacancies for our Summer School

We are currently recruiting staff with experience teaching young learners. Our summer runs from 17th June to 31 August 2024, and looking for staff for all or part of the summer:

  1. Outstanding English language teachers.

  2. Wonderful sports, arts, and support staff. Please see the Job Description (17th of June to 31st of August)

  3. Experienced Housemistress. See the Job Description (24th June to 11th August)

  1. SKOLA can offer you a flexible working life. You can work for all or part of our 11-week summer schools followed by 1:1 online lessons during the academic year.

  2. We offer free lunch and will taxi you to school if case of train strikes that affect your journey. Our pay is good and banded according to qualifications and experience.

  3. We offer a comprehensive paid induction, both online and in-person, particularly in positive behaviour management and how to teach effectively. We offer CPD sessions every week through the summer to build your capabilities and can offer you the chance to deliver training, which can, for some, be a first step into management.

  4. With over 60 nationalities represented each summer, with the vast majority from individual families rather than large groups, our summer schools have a special, familial atmosphere.

  5.  Staff are free to take their holiday entitlement during the summer so you won't miss out on special occasions. For staff that don't take their entitlement, they will receive an additional payment in lieu of any holiday not taken.If no holiday is taken, this is equal to 12.07% which is based on 28 days of paid holiday per year pro rata.
