Enjoy Our Complimentary Car Service for Students Between Schools in Regent's Park This Summer

Summer break often means changes in routine, especially for families managing school drop-offs and pick-ups. To make this transition easier, we are excited to offer a complimentary car service between our two schools in Regent's Park. For six weeks starting from 6th July, parents with children at each site can drop their children at one location, and we will safely transport the other child to the correct school. This service is designed to save time, reduce stress, and ensure students arrive promptly and comfortably.
How the Complimentary Car Service Works
The service runs for six weeks, beginning on 6th July, covering the summer term. Parents can drop off their children at either of the two school locations in Regent's Park. From there, our team will take care of the rest.
Drop-off window: Parents should arrive between 8:35am and 8:45am at either school.
Pick-up time: The car service operates until 8:55am, ensuring students reach their destination on time.
Arrival: Students will be dropped off at the correct school and can scan in straight away.
This schedule allows families to plan their mornings with ease, knowing their children will be safely transported without the hassle of multiple drop-offs.
The Vehicle and Safety Measures
We use a white Tesla Model X for this service. This vehicle comfortably seats six children, providing a smooth and quiet ride. Tesla has excellent safety measures, including cameras that monitor the environment for potential threats. Tesla’s electric powertrain also aligns with our commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. Our Director, Mr Ben, usually drives.
Occasionally, a trusted local taxi firm provides an 8-seater vehicle. When the taxi firm is involved, only trusted, vetted drivers with experience in transporting children are used. Both options are carefully vetted for safety and reliability.

We recommend arriving early to avoid queues and ensure a smooth handover. The service ends at 8:55am, so students must be on board before then. You can inform a yellow shirt at either site, but you don't need to pre-book the service.
